Canon Europe, a world leader in imaging solutions, has introduced the industry’s fastest USB-powered scanner, the imageFORMULA P-215, designed for small or home offices and remote working. The new ultra-compact handheld scanner is compatible with both Mac and PC operating systems and supports mobile mode with the ability to scan directly to cloud applications such as GoogleDocs, Evernote, and SharePoint.
The imageFORMULA P-215, powered by a single USB cable, can scan up to 15 pages per minute, processing both sides of a document in a single pass. The scanner is equipped with an automatic document feeder that holds up to 20 sheets and saves time when scanning multipage documents.
P-215 can be used immediately, without installing additional drivers, thanks to the unique integrated CaptureOnTouch Lite software. The P-215 is also equipped with ISIS/TWAIN drivers for Windows users and a TWAIN driver for Mac, which provides industry standard connectivity and compatibility with numerous graphics applications.
The versatile P-215 is equipped with a special autofeeder for cards, allowing it to scan plastic cards, which is especially valuable for industries such as insurance and financial services, where ID is needed to register a new customer or close a deal.

PageManager Mac and PaperPort PC programs with BizCard enable you to effectively manage your digital document workflow, making the P-215 a powerful, portable and productive scanning solution.
