MODEL DESCRIPTION
This year’s innovation has two notable advantages: larger capacity about 10-15 liters more than usual and economy. The oven uses 20% less energy in its operation than a Class A appliance.
The chamber is finished with acid-proof enamel, the outer metal elements have a special coating, which does not show the traces of touches and dripped water. The door glass is much larger than usual, which makes it easier to watch the cooking process without opening the door.
Functionality
The model is equipped with seven cooking modes. The oven has three heaters. The lower and upper oven are activated together in traditional mode it is ideal for baking. A “multiversion” version is also available for housewives, where the fan’s action spreads the air over the cooking cabinet. Cooking is much faster and more even. Lower fan heater mode is provided for cooking open pies. The crust is crispy and the filling is juicy.
Lower heating element and fan work in Pizza mode.
Allows for grilling in two modes: grill and fan assisted grilling. And in the second case, you can select the operating temperature usually the grill is only on maximum power for more delicate browning, such as shrimp or apples for garnish.
Appropriate mode for gentle defrosting: fan only works, food thaws at room temperature.
The control
The control system of this oven is very simple. Optional operating mode can be selected with the controller on the right and the temperature with the thermostat knob left adjuster . The temperature will be maintained at the right value throughout the cooking process. The lower temperature threshold is only 50°C, which means that you can dry herbs, apples and mushrooms, and put food on ice in the oven.
Central regulator – timer. It is designed to control the cooking time. At the end of the selected time period, a buzzer sounds and the oven switches off automatically. Timer is designed for 1.5 hours.
