Have any of you tried Caffè sabayone? I just heard about it and I’m curious to know what it tastes like and how it’s prepared. Is it similar to regular coffee or does it have its own unique flavor? Any information or personal experiences would be appreciated!

Caffè sabayone is a delicious Italian coffee drink made with espresso, sugar, and whipped egg yolks. The mixture creates a rich and creamy texture that is both sweet and slightly bitter from the espresso. It’s a unique twist on regular coffee and definitely worth trying if you enjoy rich and decadent coffee beverages. To prepare it, you simply whip together the egg yolks, sugar, and espresso until frothy and then pour it over a shot of espresso. It’s a perfect drink for dessert or a special treat. Give it a try if you’re looking for something different from your typical cup of coffee!
