We will need:
2 cups flour,
1 large coconut,
3 cups sugar,
1 tbsp. Spoonful of butter,
1 ch. Spoonful of dry yeast,
1 egg.
Method of preparation:
Grate coke pulp and mix with sugar, heat mixture in oven to melt sugar. Cool slightly and add butter. Wait until the mixture has cooled completely, then add the egg, flour, yeast and mix well. Butter a baking tray, sprinkle with flour and place the dough on it. Bake in a preheated oven until golden.
