  • Compact size and handy accessory bag: easy storage even in small kitchens.

Food processing

The MUM 5 Styline is all about power, versatility, speed and easy handling – in a stylish and functional body that looks great in any kitchen.

When we developed the MUM 5 food processor, we combined the technology from previous Bosch series with the features that consumers would like to see in a new generation of food processors,” explains Helena Riehl, Head of Product Marketing. – The power of the food processor in particular is now a priority for many, especially when it comes to making different types of dough. Another popular trend is baking your own bread.”.

As a result, the new MUM 5 Styline range of food processors has higher kneading speed and up to 900 watts of power.

Thanks to the innovative kneading technology Multi motion drive, the dough hook and whisk not only rotate around its axis, but also move in an elliptical trajectory, capturing all ingredients without exception and ensuring thoroughly mixed dough without grits.

The attachments and the hook don’t go out of style

These new food processors are an invaluable aid to food preparation. With the MUM 5 you can not only mix, whisk and knead, but also chop and grate.

All necessary attachments – the dough hook, whisk and three discs with five different functions – are easily stowed away in the practical accessory bag which can be stored in the metal kneading bowl to save space.

Some MUM 5 Styline models are also equipped with a mixer, meat grinder and citrus press. But if that’s not enough, you can always add extra cutting wheels and other accessories to your set of accessories. And to inspire your culinary fantasies, it comes with recipe DVD!

Tasty and handy!

A hallmark of Bosch appliances – easy to handle, and, of course, the food processor MUM 5 was no exception. The EasyArmLift function makes it much easier to raise and lower the device lever, making it possible to change the accessories with a previously unheard of ease.

It’s important to note that almost all the kitchen processor accessories are dishwasher safe. Despite its high stability, the MUM 5 is a compact appliance and will not take up much space on a shelf or in a cupboard if necessary.

Finally, the top of the range, the Bosch MUM 56340, is equipped with an automatic cable winding function that allows you to remove the appliance cord in the blink of an eye.

No-risk appliances

When it comes to your health and the health of your loved ones, Bosch doesn’t compromise. Automatic parking function, incorrectly assembled appliance lock, blinking LED lights to alert you to improperly installed attachments, overload and restart protection – all this guarantees exceptional safety when working with the appliance.
