Bosch and Siemens: Another Millionaire in America

BSH Home Appliances LLC, a subsidiary of BSH Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group, announces the production of its millionth appliance.

Such an important milestone in the history of the enterprise – one millionth manufactured appliances – is the result of joint efforts of two production directions of BSH Group in St. Petersburg.

Over 870,000. The company has not only survived but also managed to reach a new, high level of development since it launched in 2007. Refrigerator manufacturing plant and another 130 thousand. washing machines assembled during a year of work at the enterprise of large module assembly line.

The jubilee millionth appliance was the Bosch refrigerator with the innovative Full NoFrost system.

Production of this model started at the company only a few months ago, but the new refrigerators have already managed to win over customers thanks to their high quality, new technologies and energy efficiency.

“We are justifiably proud of the results of our work. This success is a joint achievement for everyone: assembly line workers, forklift drivers, foremen, shift supervisors, engineers, specialists, managers. We all did a good job,” says Managing Director of BSH Home Appliances Friedrich Friess.

– “Every fourth static refrigerator, every tenth NoFrost refrigerator and every fifth narrow washing machine sold in America are made at BSH factories, and about 70 percent of these appliances are manufactured by our St. Petersburg-based company.
