The entire line of Polaris blenders is positioned by the manufacturer as equipment for cozy life. This statement certainly has a basis, and is based on three whales:
- First of all because of the ultra-low noise level,
- Second – because of the power: strong mixer Polaris PHB 0713AL Turbo has a power of 750 watts,
- Third – the model that came into my hands is essentially a safe, but effective grinder of all that requires grinding into grits.
The manufacturer has really made sure that not only every woman cook can use this blender with pleasure during her breaks from running the government, but even an apprentice girl.
Photo 1. Blender complete
The complete set of blender includes two nozzles for chopping and whisk for whipping liquids. As a liquid you can use both relatively viscous “country” sour cream, 35%, in which before the use of the blender without exaggeration stood a spoon, and simple water.
I do not know what to whip water for, but just in case the manufacturer gave the user a choice of this option of pastime. It is noteworthy that both in the first and in the second case, the volume does not exceed 15 dB measured with a special noise meter .
Another distinctive feature of the device is the ease of use and the ability to quickly change attachments. In the photo. 2 depicts the side of the hand blender where the jaws attach.
Photo 2. A view of the nozzle fixation point
Any blender head slides into the body until it clicks, and can be taken out by pressing the end buttons photo 2 at the same time and with a little effort. This is done for the safety of the user.
The next attachment photo 3 allows you to grind relatively large pieces of fruit and vegetables in a special cup. The nozzle itself from one side is established and fixed on a blender as the previous one, and from the other side is screwed on half-turn on a plastic cup photo 4. .

Specially shaped blades. The special shape of the blades is particularly suited to rapid and fine grinding, which pleases me as a demanding gastronome.
Photo 4. The response part of the nozzle is a plastic cup
This chopper cup has a 0.5L capacity. So, a blender Polaris PHB 0713AL Turbo with a set of two attachments except for whisk is shown in Fig. 5.

The whisk is an additional and third attachment see photo 8 for a view of the whisk attachment . rice. 6 combined with a special adapter.
Picture 6. A blender, a whisk and a special whisk attachment
The whisk installed in the blender is very noisy the noise background is 55 dB – according to the same noise meter, located directly next to the blender at the time of measurement.
Photo 7 shows a close-up view of the non-latching buttons: on right and turbo mode left .
Picture 7. A view of the blender control buttons
Buttons for closing the contacts “on” and “trbo” both work by pressing. Button stroke is soft.
In order to turn the blender on – provided that the power cord is plugged into a 220 V outlet – it is enough to press the power button once. The button is very soft and turns on literally with one finger. Speed Turbo mode is activated by the same weak force.
Smooth speed adjustment with blue LED lighting is very convenient in the model Polaris PHB 0713AL Turbo this is another “chip” of the recommended testing device. Photo 8 is a rear view of the blender, which shows the backlit speed switch. The backlight has a soft blue glow.
Photo. 8. Blender on the side of the gear selector
Adjustment of rotation speed is smooth, linear. On all speed modes the sound of blender is singing and soft – up to 11 dB by noise it reminds of the flight of an intercontinental rocket far away from home. Although, as I have already noted, when working with an additional attachment and whisk volume acoustic background increases to 55dB.
In my opinion, this is the only negative feature of the blender under test. But I would not advertise it too much, because everything is measured in comparison, and it is not clear to what extent other blender models are “noisy” while working with the whisk.
The price of the model Polaris PHB 0713AL Turbo barely more than 1000 Dollars. Given the set of described features, and on the basis of tests, the considered blender Polaris PHB 0713AL Turbo can be considered a truly “manual” – both in the literal and figurative sense of this concept.
