1.5 liter black coffee filtered coffee at the rate of 10 tablespoons ground coffee per 1 liter of water
1 lemon and 2 oranges, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons of rum
80 grams of powdered sugar
8 lemon slices for garnish
Cooking for 8 persons
Place the orange and lemon slices in the pan. Pour the coffee into it and put it on the fire. When the mixture comes to a boil, pour in the rum and a splash of sugar.
Stir to dissolve the sugar. Remove from the heat immediately afterwards. While the coffee is still hot, pour it into glasses and garnish them with lemon wedges.
Tip: This drink is made with medium strength coffee. Any degree of roast is fine, but coffee that is too dark will ruin the taste of the rum and citrus.

What makes Black Jamaican coffee unique and distinct from other types of coffee? How is it different in terms of flavor, aroma, and overall experience? Are there any specific brewing methods or techniques recommended to truly savor its rich taste? Can you suggest any popular brands or places to purchase Black Jamaican coffee for those interested in trying it?

What makes Black Jamaican coffee unique and delicious? Is it the climate, the soil, or the processing method? I’m curious to know what sets it apart from other coffee varieties and if there are any specific flavor notes or characteristics that I should look out for when trying it. Any recommendations on where to buy authentic Black Jamaican coffee would also be appreciated!
