Sifted pastry flour: 150 g
โ Baking powder: 1g
โ vanillin: 1 tsp. l.
โ egg: 1 pc.
โ sugar: 80 g
โ Salt: 1 g
โ Olive Oil: 2 Tbsp. l.
โ almonds powder : 30 g
โ Almonds: 20g
โ chocolate chips: 30g
โ dried cranberries: 20g
โ coconut shavings: 20g.
Mix the olive oil and sugar until smooth.
Add vanillin, flour, salt, baking powder and almond powder, then beat eggs. Add the cranberries, chocolate and nuts and mix thoroughly.
On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, shape the dough into an oval. Put the tray on the lowermost level and start the cooking. n
Arrange the baked goods in diagonal plates. Spread the cookies around the edges of the baking tray and place back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
