The Dremel Woodworking Tool

What you’ll need:

• Dremel DSM20 compact saw
• The Dremel DSM20 DSM500 is the multi-purpose carbide cutting wheel
• A Dremel VersaTip gas soldering iron
• The Dremel VersaTip high-speed burnout bit set 204
• The Dremel 4000 high-speed multitool
• The 5.6 mm high speed drill bit 196
• cut of birch tree 5 cm in diameter and 4 cm thick
• Pencil, safety goggles, gloves, hammer, 0.8mm nail, 18mm long.

Step 1

From a pre-prepared birch sawto obtain two parts: the cover of the future casket with a thickness of 1 cm and the base with a thickness of 3 cm. Cut the cut with the Dremel DSM20 compact saw and the Dremel DSM20 Multi-Purpose carbide cutting wheel DSM500 .

Step 2

Step 3

Use clamps to fix the base of the music box on the table. Make a dimple for the ring using the Dremel 4000 and the 5.6mm high-speed bit 196 . Set the speed on the tool to 25,000 rpm.

Step 4

Put the cover on the base and hammer a thin nail vertically along the edge to connect the two parts. Do not screw in too tightly, so you can easily turn the lid and open the box.
