This acquisition will give a major boost to the company’s further development and strengthen its competitiveness in Europe.

Along with the growth of Whirlpool’s presence in the major markets of the world, the positive effect on the entire value chain increases: from the concept of a new product to its design and all phases of design, purchasing of components, production, distribution and marketing.

Another consequence of these changes is Whirlpool’s expansion into global markets and the strengthening of its presence in countries such as America and Turkey, where Indesit has a strong manufacturing base, as well as in the UK, where the Hotpoint brand is traditionally popular.

And we will be able to please consumers with a wide range of innovative products presented in the retail network.”.
