Beans with cilantro and balsamic vinegar

Even now a kilogram of good beef in Europe costs about 40 euros. Protein deficiencies are made up to some extent by legumes rich in it. Chickpeas chickpeas and lentils are particularly popular with Mediterranean residents. They are used to make soups, side dishes, salads, spreads and pastes for sandwiches.

This recipe sounds intriguing! Iโ€™m curious to know how the combination of cilantro and balsamic vinegar enhances the flavor of beans. Does the cilantro bring a refreshing twist, and does the balsamic vinegar add a hint of sweetness or acidity? I wonder if this dish pairs well with any specific type of beans or if it works equally well with various varieties.
