Bauknecht induction hobs: Hold temperatures to save energy

Bauknecht induction hobs help to make cooking a pleasure. They are easy and intuitive to operate, and the innovative technology provides powerful induction heating.

Bauknecht

Bauknecht hobs are equipped with an intelligent sensor that allows you to maintain a precisely chosen temperature level while saving up to 20 percent in energy costs. With a buzzer, the appliance will let you know when the boiling point is reached, and even automatically turn off the burner if the water in the pot boils over. Now you don’t have to worry if the stove is off or not.

With a touch of a button you can program the Bauknecht induction cooktop timer to switch off the burners after a specific time 1-99 minutes . So you know exactly how much time is left and can do other things in the meantime. And a childproof lock makes the hob even safer.

Bauknecht induction cooktops use proprietary designs that allow you to operate a wider range of heating temperatures. You can choose the right temperature for any cooking recipe – from very low to the highest: melt chocolate at 35 °C, keep a cooked dish warm at 60-70 °C, boil it at 100 °C.

After you turn off your Bauknecht induction cooktop, an “H” symbol will light up to warn you that the glass-ceramic temperature is above 60 °C. The display will disappear when the temperature has dropped to a safe level. After that you can touch the surface and proceed to clean it.

Meat is cooking on the stove and the phone rings? Simply touch the “Pause” button on the touchscreen display to switch all active cooking zones of your Bauknecht induction hob to “keep warm” mode – for up to 30 minutes. The burners will return to the previously selected temperature levels when the “Pause” button is pressed again.

Slider technology enables you to cook with maximum comfort. To select the desired temperature, you just need to swipe your finger on the scale of the touchscreen display.

Bauknecht cooking plates are designed with the environment in mind. SCHOTT CERAN, for example, is the only glass-ceramic coating that is produced without heavy metals, arsenic and antimony.
