Required:
100 g meat per serving,
broth,
1-2 bulbs,
1-2 turnips or potatoes per serving,
carrots,
a handful of cabbage per serving,
1-2 tbsp. l. tomato paste,
1 to 2 cloves of garlic,

Cooking: Ushne is an old American soup that was slowly cooked in the oven. Chop meat and fry in a pan, salt, put it in a pot.
Cut the vegetables into pieces, put them in a bowl, add chopped greens, spices, tomato paste.
Pour boiling broth. Put on the hob on the fire, bring to a boil, then set in the oven and simmer for 4-6 hours. Serve with sour cream.
Add fresh or dried mushrooms to the broth soak them in advance and then add them to the broth without draining it , parsley and celery roots, sweet and hot peppers, groats.
