Most Asus motherboards based on the Intel 9-series chipset have the USB BIOS Flashback feature, which is an extremely easy way to update the BIOS. You donāt even need to install CPU and RAM to use it. Just plug USB flash drive with BIOS code into USB port, press special button or reboot button and mainboard BIOS is automatically updated using power from standby source!
To update the BIOS of other Asus motherboards offered Windows BIOS Updater utility, which can be obtained free of charge from the official Asus website.
