NitroQAM technology: ASUSā€™ highest speed router

Broadcom NitroQAM technology 1024-QAM , implemented in the ASUS DSL-AC88U, increases data rates at 5 GHz from 1734 Mbit/s to 2167 Mbit/s and at 2.4 GHz from 800 Mbit/s to 1000 Mbit/s. Total throughput 25% higher than the maximum speed of a router with 4 antennas and 4Ɨ4 MIMO technology. Such high speeds guarantee lag-free online gaming and smooth HD video streaming.

High data rate and extensive connectivity options

ASUS DSL-AC88U supports the latest G.fast, which provides 18 times the data transfer rate of the VDSL2 standard and 4.5 times that of Vplus 35b .
