AOC introduces G1 – new line of entry level gaming monitors

AOC, one of the world’s leading brands in the monitor market, announces the release of G1 lineup, which will consist of three curved models C24G1, C27G1 and C32G1 with screen diagonal of 23.6 inches 59.94 cm , 27 inches 68.58 cm and 31.5 inches 80.01 cm respectively. Design with red accents and aggressive curves 1500R to 1800R ensure a great and immersive gaming experience. New product line features VA panels and supports Full HD resolution 1920×1080 pixels . The monitors are aimed at passionate gamers and provide images with high contrast, deep blacks, and rich vibrant colors.

Monitors

Gamers no longer need to choose between an elegant design, fast matrix, accurate color reproduction and a curved screen for immersive gaming. New monitor lineup combines all of these benefits.

The AOC G1 is a whole new level of design. All models are frameless on three sides, making them compact and easy to integrate into a seamless multi-monitor system for powerful gaming stations. Two of the monitors in the new lineup C24G1 and C27G1 feature an ergonomic stand with up to 130mm height adjustment and -35°/+35° swivel angles so gamers can place them in their optimal viewing position. With a curvature with a very small radius of 1500R C24G1 or 1800R C27G1 and C32G1 , you will be able to fully immerse yourself in the virtual world.

All three models feature AMD FreeSync technology to keep GPU and monitor in sync. This reduces delays and jerks caused by vertical synchronization or inconsistent frames. 144Hz refresh rate and fast response time of 1ms 1ms MPRT, up to 4ms GtG can be set provide an immersive gaming experience, dramatically reducing the blur effect in fast motion. G1 line differs with very low input delay. This means users’ actions are converted into a picture without a hitch caused by the monitor.

Monitors

With another unique AOC Game Color feature, users can change color saturation for better gray levels and image detail. The monitors have the ability to customize color, pixel rewrite and other options, as well as use one of three gamer modes – for first-person shooters, racing and real-time strategy.

Veteran gamers still remember the days when they had to mark the center point of the screen with a marker or sticker. This feature is now built into the monitor: the AOC Dial Point feature places the scope on the screen to make it easier for shooter enthusiasts.

The G1 line of VA panels combines the best features of TN and IPS panels, and more. Viewing angles are the same as a regular IPS panel 178/178 and has the same 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time as a TN panel, but with much better clarity and viewing angles. In addition, the contrast ratio of VA panels is 2-3 times higher than that of TN and IPS.

Computers and Peripherals

AOC G1 provides extensive connectivity: 2 x HDMI, DisplayPort and VGA for legacy sources.Playing for hours now: the G1 monitors feature Low Blue Mode, which reduces potentially dangerous blue glow. Flicker-Free technology adjusts backlight according to constant current, not pulse width modulation.

Price and availability

The curved 23.6-inch C24G1 monitor and the curved 27-inch C27G1 will be available in July 2018 at an estimated price of 14,589 and 18,249 Dollars, respectively. The large curved 32-inch C32G1 will be available in August 2018 at an estimated price of 21,919 Dollars.
