For the dough:
wheat flour,
80g of butter,
1/2 l water,
50 g of yeast,
1 egg,
1 teaspoon salt.
For the stuffing:
300 g sausage,
100 g tomato sauce or pasta,
2-3 slices of onions,
100-150 grams of cheese,
50 g each of rampson, spicy carrots, pickled peppers,
50 g pickled mushrooms,
a few slices of salami.
Preparation: dissolve yeast in half a liter of warm water, then beat an egg and stir together and add salt.
Next, pour in the flour so that the dough is like a thick sour cream. Place dough in fridge for 1-2 hours.
Grease a tray with sunflower oil, pour the dough onto it, and wait for it to spread out on the tray. Place in oven for 5-7 minutes.
When the pastry is lightly browned, take it out of the oven and immediately arrange the stuffing: spread the entire surface of the pastry densely with tomato sauce or pasta, then evenly arrange the finely chopped sausage, pickles and onion slices, sprinkle with grated cheese and – for flavor – ground spices, decorate with a few slices of salami.
Put pizza in the oven.
