First of all, in the line of ALFA Comfort exchanger has undergone changes. Now the boilers are equipped with a sectional heat exchanger made of gray cast iron, which has a configuration of heat transfer surfaces with increased by 15-20% of the contact area compared to traditional designs. This makes it possible to increase the heating capacity of the boiler. So, now in the line of ALFA Comfort there are models rated at 90 kW, which can be installed in houses with an area over 700 square meters. m.

Modification also touched the burner devices: the number and dimensions of burners have been changed. At the same time, the boiler’s efficiency is still high – 91.5%. In addition, the gas burners of boilers ALFA Comfort are adapted for use in our country. As a rule, imported European boilers are configured in accordance with foreign requirements for gas pressure in the network. To work in our conditions such equipment needs to be reconfigured. Boilers ALFA Comfort deprived of this drawback: they are produced in America and are factory set according to the parameters of domestic systems.

“Localization of the production in our country is a logical step, given that the series ALFA Comfort was created specifically for our market, – explains Maxim Ryzhak. – Thanks to the site in America we managed to make the price of the equipment more affordable, because the logistics costs are reduced, there are no customs clearance costs and other costs associated with transportation from Belgium. It should be noted that all plants of the company have the same standards of verification and control ACV, so the quality of boilers, manufactured in America, meet all standards of quality.

Boilers Alfa Comfort Series allows you to organize not only heating but also hot water supply. To do this you need to connect the boiler to the water heater, the standard equipment Alfa Comfort includes a boiler priority system. As soon as the request for big volume of hot water arrives, automatics switches off the pump of heating system and directs all power of boiler on water supply. Temporary heating interruption is imperceptible because the residential home provides the appropriate thermal inertia. Boiler priority system maintains high system performance and efficiency and increases user comfort by providing fast water heating.

The ideal “companion” for Alfa Comfort equipment will be a Comfort tank-in-tank boiler. Such design, thanks to a large surface of heat transfer, allows to prepare a sufficient quantity of water in few minutes – one can use hot water immediately after turning on, and, for example, Comfort 160 provides up to 911 liters of hot water per hour at an output temperature of 45⁰C .
