Test 1. Meat

The stated capacity of the device 0.83 kg min or 50 kg hr.

It is worth noting that in the vast majority of cases, this capacity is enough for the usual needs of an average family.

We measured 830 grams of meat half beef and half pork , regular meat, not the first sort. The appliance handled it in 51 seconds.

Then we did another test – exactly 1 kg of the same meat.

The result – 58 seconds, which once again confirmed the honesty of the manufacturer. It’s also interesting that there were almost no leftovers: we didn’t need the reverse, although, of course, it would be very useful when processing more minced meat.

Conclusion: the appliance productivity is higher than it is advertised.

Test 2. The vegetable slicer and shredder attachment

It has 3 attachments in the shape of drums: for milling, shredding slicing and making potatoes for dumplings. The attachment is a separate working chamber made of plastic in which stainless steel drums can be fitted with no effort. The attachment has an enlarged loading neck with dimensions of 65×70 mm, where you can easily load whole and even quite large fruits. We loaded 2 carrots and potatoes at a time, and they were not small. When storing one attachment remains in the attachment, the other two must be stored separately.

The nozzles with a large diameter 80 mm are designed for processing quite a large number of products. For the sake of grating a couple of carrots you should not drive the device, but if we are talking about a large family or, for example, canning, when large quantities are processed at once – the attachment – Vegetable slicer is indispensable. We tested two attachments: slicing and dumpling. In the first case grated carrots, in the second – potatoes. The results were very good: the vegetables were grated quickly, good quality, with little waste. When grating the potatoes for potato flapjacks the juice is separated at once, which is easy to drain later without squeezing the potatoes additionally.

Circle-cutting nozzle

We were cutting a young zucchini. Just like carrots, it fits into the feeder neck in one piece, which is very convenient. The slices are thin, but not always perfectly straight, which, however, is not so important if you use this attachment for preparations, for example. There is almost no waste.

Reliability, availability, multifunctionality, availability of an attachment for potato pancakes, integrated cord and grating storage of the meat grinder. The vegetable slicer is very handy for quickly processing a great number of products. Productivity exceeds the stated performance.

Grate and knife should be dried after use – not to rust. High noise level.
