New York, June 24, 2013, Aiptek, Taiwan manufacturer of compact video cameras, media devices and pico-projectors, introduces the PocketCinema V60 portable pico-projector with built-in battery. Designed to be paired with laptops, tablets and Blu-ray players, but many display cases can be reached without assistance.
Long gone are the days when the word “projector” necessarily meant a big plastic box with a massive lens and a million wires. Highly functional devices that can easily slip into a bag or even a jacket pocket, operate on their own batteries and are almost PC-independent. The new pico-projector Aiptek PocketCinema V60, measuring 135 x 65 x 22 mm and weighing 180 grams, will help to hold an important presentation, even if the conference room of the host party suddenly cut off the light.
Newly equipped with modern LEDs with a lifetime of up to 20,000 hours, as well as advanced DLP chip similar chips are used in cinemas . Projector supports an image output of up to 150 centimeters diagonal and brightness of 50 lumens. More than enough to show presentation or watch movie. No need for a separate remote control thanks to the touch buttons on the front of the unit.
PocketCinema V60 software includes Office and PDF Reader. The device is able to open documents and images without connecting to a computer – just insert the microSD card with the files recorded on it into the slot provided. You can connect the projector to your notebook, tablet or Blu-ray player via HDMI port.
Built-in battery capacity is enough for 60-100 minutes of viewing, depending on the mode selected. Uses regular electrical outlet or USB port to charge built-in batteries.
