New York, August 19, 2016. – AeroCool Advanced Technologies AAT , one of the world’s leading manufacturers of PC cases, power supplies, accessories and peripherals, has announced the latest addition to its line of DS230 chassis from Dead Silence. AeroCool will show the new product at the popular Gamescom exhibition, which is taking place these days in Cologne, Germany. Find the DS230 at AeroCool and Caseking’s shared booth B051 in Hall 8.1 from August 18-21. Visitors and media partners will also be able to get acquainted with the company’s other products.
Silent and elegant: The DS230 raises the bar again
After the great success of DS Cube, DS200 and DS high-end fans from Dead Silence line the company decided to add another model to the range. The DS230 maintains the best qualities of its predecessor, the DS200, with its elegant design and excellent noise isolation. Side panels and removable case cover are covered with two layers of soundproofing materials. The DS230 also boasts a new 7-color LED backlight system with three modes of operation on, off, and breathable . The system is connected to a PWM fan control panel pre-installed in the case, which supports up to 6 units and can change the color of the LEDs depending on the speed of the fans.
Aerocool engineers improved the design of DS230 to make the most efficient use of every inch of its interior space. Separate compartment design for power supply, storage and main components allows for maximum airflow and good cable management. The DS230 has enough room for two 2.5″ and three 3.5″ hard drives, graphics cards up to 413mm long, and a CPU cooler up to 170mm tall. The heatsinks of water cooling system can be placed on the front panel or top panel of DS230. Constant airflow is ensured by a 120mm PWM fan pre-installed on the front panel.
Also on display at the company’s booth will be two examples of the DS230, painted by renowned artist Ron Lee Christianson of American Blue Horse Studios. One is decorated with a familiar Skyrim artwork, and the other is inspired by the popular Game of Thrones series. Additionally, Facebook members are entered into a drawing today for a Skyrim case, which is valued at $1,500.
