Acer announced a 65-inch Predator Big Format Gaming Display with NVIDIA® G-SYNC™ support. Now PC users will be able to see their favorite games on a big screen. The company’s new, incredibly diagonal model uses the same cutting-edge technologies found in top-of-the-line, mainstream monitors, and with NVIDIA SHIELD features, it can even stream movies and shows in 4K with HDR support.
Huge, but fast
Despite its impressive 65-inch diagonal, the Predator BFGD Big Format Gaming Display retains all the sophisticated technology you’d expect from the Predator lineup. Specifically, it features NVIDIA G-SYNC technology for smooth frame rates without tearing or jitter, and an incredible 120 Hz refresh rate at 4K resolution.
With direct screen backlighting, maximum brightness reaches 1,000 nits, and local dimming technology helps achieve higher contrast with deep blacks and bright whites.
Entertain and control your smart home with NVIDIA SHIELD
Predator BFGD includes NVIDIA SHIELD functionality, so gamers can quickly and comfortably switch from gaming to other entertainment. You can use the included remote, joystick or voice control with Google Assistant to navigate menus and access a myriad of streaming apps. The same feature allows you to control various functions of the smart home.
G-SYNC technology adjusts the monitor’s screen refresh rate to match the frame rate of the image source, so any video content on screen will look exactly as its director intended.
