Acer Introduces New Nitro and Aspire Series Notebooks Based on AMD Ryzen Mobile Processors

Acer unveiled the new Nitro 5 gaming notebooks, as well as new models in the Aspire 5 and 7 lines. Nitro 5 Gaming notebooks get a major upgrade with support for the new AMD Ryzen™ 9 5900 HX mobile processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX™ 3080 graphics cards. The stylish and understated Aspire 7 will feature support for the new AMD Ryzen 5000 mobile processors and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphics cards. The AMD Ryzen 5000 processor also powers the slim and powerful Aspire 5 Series notebooks.

Acer Nitro 5 – time to play seriously

The popular Acer Nitro 5 line of gaming notebooks will receive a major upgrade, supporting AMD Ryzen™ 9 5900 HX processors and the latest NVIDIA GeForce RTX™ 3080 graphics cards. A powerful combination that’s perfect for gamers. Other new features include two slots for M SSDs.2 PCIe and/or SATA with support for NVMe SSD/HDD up to 2TB 1, up to 32GB of DDR4 32001 RAM, a fast Killer E2600 NIC and Wi-Fi support 61. The new Acer Nitro 5 is for gamers who want uncompromised gameplay and appreciate the support of modern technology at a great price-performance ratio.

The new Nitro 5 is available in 15.6″ and 17.3″ versions, with QHD resolution and 165 Hz refresh rate or with

FHD and ultra-fast refresh rate of 360 Hz. A response time of just 3ms2 will help eliminate any hint of plumes and blurring. Acer has also taken care of the brightness and image quality: maximum screen brightness of new products screen reaches 300 nit at 100% coverage of sRGB color space.
