Cooktop

All the functions required for modern gas hobs are available. Three types of heating elements are installed: the same, medium-power, placed diagonally – in the front right and behind left. The large burner is mounted behind on the right, the small burner on the front.

All burners are equipped with a one-hand electrical ignition system, which is activated by lightly pressing and turning the appropriate knob. The system is arranged quite simply: at the base of each burner there is a piezo lamp.

When you press it, the plug goes into action, giving out a spark, and by turning the regulator, it opens the gas flow – and it ignites right away. The gas control system is used to prevent the flame from extinguishing. Its basis is a thermocouple that monitors the temperature of the element, when the temperature drops, the burner is turned off and the gas is cut off.

Oven

It has eight advanced functions for preparing a variety of dishes. There are three convenient modes for baking. The most traditional mode, where the heat comes from the bottom and top at the same time, suitable for all kinds of pies, casseroles, meatloaf.

The second mode is more complicated, it adds a fan. The fan allows you to cook faster and brown the food more evenly. The third mode – convection. In it, the heat comes from the back wall from the ring heater , and therefore you can cook on two or three levels simultaneously.

In two modes, only the bottom heater is used. The bottom heat is good for drying pies crusts, sterilizing jars for home canned food. The element is also included with a fan – this mode is optimal for pizza, as well as for the delicate drying of gifts of the garden, vegetable garden and woods. Minimal oven temperature is only 50°C, just right for greens and mushrooms.

Oven with two grill modes. Solo grill suitable for grilling flat foods, small portions. Bulky dishes like poultry cooked in fan-grill mode. This device distributes the heat over the entire chamber, so that cooking takes place like on a spit, i.e. browning the crust equally on all sides.

Defrosting mode is used to gently defrost the food without heating, using only the movement of air currents at ambient temperature.

Oven is controlled by two pushPull push knobs. The thermostat keeps the temperature on the desired level. A modern programmer can control the duration of the cooking process and stop heating automatically at a time chosen by the user. The device allows you to preset also the beginning of cooking. Then the oven will start cooking in the right hour and minutes and finish in just the right amount of time.
