Battery life for the WV 5 Plus is up to 40% longer than its predecessor, the WV 2, now at 35 minutes. This means that on one battery charge you can wash approx. 105 m2 of glass without interruption. The extinguishing bars on the handle warn you beforehand of the need for charging: three bars tell you that the cleaner is fully charged, two are 2/3 full, one is a full third of the charge.
Two minutes before the battery is fully discharged, the last LED indicator changes to red. And the innovations don’t stop there: The WV 5 Plus is the first wiper with interchangeable battery that enables you to clean without interruption, because it comes with a rechargeable battery and charging station as accessories.
Achieve perfect cleanliness of the glass or mirror close to the frame is helped by the advanced design of the rubber coupler, which plays an important role in removing moisture and drips of dirty water and must ensure the tightest possible fit. Special spacers, manually adjustable, help to “adjust” the cleaner to the surface to be cleaned and get a perfect result, even if the joint between the frame and the glass is not ideal.
Compact and lightweight 650g incl. battery WV 5 Plus is easy to hold with one hand and the soft grip prevents it from slipping, even with wet hands. However, direct contact with chemicals and dirty water is minimized: the spray-on microfibre cloth sprayer applies concentrated detergent directly on the glass pane and the 100 ml water tank is easily disconnected at the touch of a button.
