Production of bimetallic radiators Vittoria using unique technology began at the plant in Vladimir region

Unique technical characteristics became possible due to the innovative solutions developed by the engineers of ROYAL THERMO. New generation manifold ABSOLUTBIMETALLĀ® is made of 20 grade carbon steel which has high corrosion resistance and operating reliability.

100% permeability of the connection point of the collectors does not hinder the movement of the coolant and helps to avoid blockage of the vertical duct. This technology provides a high heat emission of 167 W. As a result, it efficiently heats rooms even with low-temperature heating systems.

NovaformĀ® SK nanomaterial gaskets guarantee leak-tightness and protection at section joints. It is made in Italy on the basis of a special cotton with the addition of graphite and silicone.

Thanks to the seven-step coating with environmentally friendly nano-paints FreiLacke Germany , the surface of Vittoria radiators is resistant to mechanical damage and durable in rooms with high humidity. Painting is done on a painting line Tecnofirma Italy that is unique for America. All devices are made according to American GOST.

ā€œEarlier Vittoria was produced at the site in Italy,ā€ explains Andrey G. Simonenko, technical director of the ROYAL THERMO plant. ā€“ But in October at the American plant, located in the Vladimir region, we put into operation the worldā€™s first automated four-casting complex Isola della Vittoria for the production of bimetallic radiators. Before that a 2-seat molding complex worked at the companyā€™s enterprisesā€.

The new line is fully automated, which virtually eliminates the possibility of rejects. The complex is characterized by a record performance ā€“ time to create one section is only 12.5 seconds. The line is expected to produce approximately 7,000,000 sections per year.

The warranty on the Vittoria radiator, as well as on all the radiators ROYAL THERMO, is 10 years. They are also covered by the insurance of $1 000 000 for the case of life, health or property damage as a result of product defects. All Vittoria radiators are marked with the factory sign in aluminium.
